This page explains how Snack Software SAS (“Snack”, “we”, or “us”) handles information in Loom GUI and on loomgui.com. Questions or privacy requests can be sent to support@snack.onl.
Loom GUI package and runtime
Loom GUI does not send telemetry, product analytics, crash reports, your Unity project, your UI source, or bridge data to Snack. It does not require a Snack account or contact a Snack licensing server at runtime.
During development, Loom runs the UI toolchain and local debugging services on your machine. Initial setup can connect to your configured npm registry to install Solid, Vite, and other third-party UI dependencies. Loom's own matching UI packages are bundled with the Unity package. Network requests made by UI code or additional packages that you choose to install are under your control and are not sent to Snack by Loom.
Website information
If you submit the Studio license contact form, we receive the name, email address, optional studio name, and optional message that you provide. We use that information to reply to your request, discuss licensing or support, and keep the resulting business correspondence. Do not include confidential game data that we do not need to answer your request.
The form is delivered through Brevo. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, also processes ordinary request information needed to deliver and secure the site, such as IP address, requested URL, timestamp, and browser or device information. This site loads JetBrains Mono from Google Fonts, so Google can receive ordinary request information when that font is requested.
Cookies and analytics
We do not use advertising trackers or product-analytics cookies on this site. Infrastructure providers may use strictly necessary security or delivery mechanisms as part of providing their services.
Sharing, retention, and security
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate the site and communicate with you, or when required by law. We retain correspondence and operational records only as long as reasonably needed for those purposes, legal obligations, dispute resolution, and security. No transmission or storage system is completely secure.
Your choices
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, subject to applicable law and records we must retain. Email support@snack.onl with your request. You can also contact us by email instead of using the website form.
Changes
We may update this page when the product, website, or service providers change. The date above identifies the current version.
